Jayant Agro Organics Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Jayant Agro Organics Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, have recommended a dividend @ 60% i.e. Rs. 3.00 per share on Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each, which shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting.

The 30th Annual General meeting of the Company will be held on August 27, 2022.
