Ashapura Minechem Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Ashapura Minechem Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended Final Dividend for the year 2021-2022 @ 25 % i.e. Re. 0.50 (Fifty Paise Only) per equity share face value of Rs. 2.00 each subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
