Marksans Pharma Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Marksans Pharma Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended final dividend @ Re. 0.25 (Rupee Zero and Paise Twenty Five) i.e. 25% per equity share of Re. 1/- each face value for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
