Renaissance Global Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Renaissance Global Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs. 3.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share Rs. 10/- each already paid in February, 2022, amounting to total dividend of 85% (i.e. Rs. 8.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the financial year 2021-22. The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Renaissance Global Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 666.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 627.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5719 in over 325 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 672.00 and intraday low of 634.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3648514.00.
