Panama Petrochem Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Panama Petrochem Ltd at its meeting held on May 30, 2022, has recommended a Final Dividend @ Rs. 6 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend on Equity Shares, if approved by the shareholders, shall be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched within two weeks from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
