Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of directors of Sambandam Spinning Mills Limited has recommended 50% dividend for the F.Y 2021-22 at Rs 5 (five) per equity share of Rs 10 each subject to the approval and for declaration of the same by our members / shareholders at the 48th Annual General Meeting of our Company to be held in due course before due date.
