ONGC recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.25

The Board of Directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.25/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 65% for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to declaration by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 143.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 151.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1612625 in over 14714 trades.
