Kiran Vyapar Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 28th May, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Re. 1.50/- (i.e. 15%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
