Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd Board recommends 2:1 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Shankar Lal Rampal Dye-Chem Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has considered, noted and approved the recommendation for issuance of Bonus Shares of the Company in the ratio of 2:1 i.e., 2 (Two) new Equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid for every 1 (One) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company held by the shareholders as on record date.
