Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 8.50

The Board of Directors of Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has recommended the payment of Final dividend of Rs. 8.50/- per share (i.e. 170%) on equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the FY 2021-22 on the entire paid up equity share capital of the Company i.e. 14,09,44,988 equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 5/- each in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 5/- per share paid on 3,52,36,247 equity share of Rs. 10/- each (before sub-division and issue of bonus shares). The Dividend recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
