Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.25

The Board of Directors of Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited at their meeting held on May 28, 2022 have considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.25/-(Rupees One and Twenty Five Paisa Only) per Equity Share having Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (i.e. 12.5%) for the Financial Year 2021-2022. The Final Dividend will be paid after approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
