PNC Infratech Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of PNC Infratech Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of 25% i.e. Rs. 0.50/- (Fifty Paise) per equity shares at face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
