The Board of Directors of SMS Lifesciences India Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- (15%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- face value, for the year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 161h Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
