ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each, out of profits of the Company, to the Shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2022.

The dividend recommended is subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Dividend if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or before September 20, 2022.
