Aditya Vision Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Aditya Vision Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of 60% or Rs. 6/- per share on face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuring Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.

Shares of Aditya Vision Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 741.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 743.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 593 in over 93 trades.
