Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has approved and recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One only) per equity shares of Rs. 1 /- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
