Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Likhitha Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a dividend @ 10% i.e., Re. 1/- per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, in addition to the interim dividend paid @15% i.e., Rs. 1.50/- per equity share for FY 2021-22.
