Yash Pakka Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Yash Pakka Ltd at its meeting held on May 28, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each i.e. 20% for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend will be paid within the stipulated time after the shareholders approval in Annual General Meeting.
