Confidence Petroleum India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Confidence Petroleum India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended a Final Dividend of 10% i.e. 0.10 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 1/ each for the financial year 2021-22 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
