KRBL Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of KRBL Ltd in its meeting held on 27 May 2022 have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.3.50 (350%) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- each amounting to Rs.8,239 Lacs for the Financial Year 2021-22, which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of KRBL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 227.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 222.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43375 in over 2001 trades.
