Edelweiss Financial Services Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors (the Board) of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited at its Meeting held on May 27, 2022 has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 1.20 per share on the equity shares of the face value of ₹ 1/- each, subject to the declaration by the members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
