Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The Board of Directors of Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited at their meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 0.70/- per share i.e., 35 % of face value of share for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ofthe Company.
