KCP Sugar and Industries Corporation Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of KCP Sugar and Industries Corporation Ltd have recommended a final Dividend on Equity Shares at the rate of Rs.0.10/- per Equity Share of the Face Value of Rs.1/- each, for the Financial Year 2021-2022 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
