Rossell India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Rossell India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, have recommended Dividend of Re. 0.30 per fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company (i.e. 15% on the paid up Share Capital) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to declaration of the same by the Shareholders at the 28th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 09, 2022.
