Kemp & Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Kemp & Company Ltd at its meeting held today at 3:45 p.m. and concluded at 5:20 p.m. has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- (Rupees Four only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the 141st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 18th August, 2022.
