Rama Phosphates Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of Rama Phosphates Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, have Recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.80/- per Equity Shares (8% on face value of Rs. 10/- each) for financial year ended 31st March, 2022 subject to the approval of Members at the forth coming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of 1.20/- per Equity Share paid to all eligible equity shareholders as declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on November 11, 2022. With this the total dividend for the Financial Year 2021-2022 shall be Rs. 2.00/- per Equity Share (20% on face value of Rs. 10/- each).
