ADC India Communications Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4, special dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of ADC India Communications Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share and one-time Special Dividend of Rs. 10.00 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, subject to tax, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting.
