Puravankara Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of directors of Puravankara Ltd has for the year ended March 31, 2022, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) per Equity Share of Rs.5/- each held in the Company, subject to the approval of the same at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on a date to be announced by the Board in due course.
