JSW Steel Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 17.35

The Board of Directors of JSW Steel Ltd at its meeting has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 17.35/- (Rupees Seventeen and Paise Thirty Five only) (1735%) per fully paid-up Equity Share of Re.1/- each for the year ended 31.03.2022.

The dividend, if declared by the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, will be credited / despatched to the members, subject to deduction of tax at source, on or before 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.

Shares of JSW Steel Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 548.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 551.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 188769 in over 3655 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 561.80 and intraday low of 539.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 103630811.00.
