Jubilant Pharmova Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Pharmova Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. on May 27, 2022, recommended a dividend of Rs. 5 (Rupees Five only) per equity share of Re. 1 each for the year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid / dispatched on or before September 7, 2022.
