Hitachi Energy India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Hitachi Energy India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended a final Dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per equity share face value of Rs. 2/- each which is subject to approval of Members at the ensuing Third Annual General Meeting of the Company.
