City Union Bank Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of City Union Bank Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended dividend @ Re.1 /- per equity share i.e. 100% on face value of Re. 1/- per equity share of the Bank for the financial year 2021-22, the payment of which will be subject to approval by the shareholders of the Bank at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
