Rhi Magnesita India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Rhi Magnesita India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per Equity Share of Re. 1.00 each of the Company which shall be paid / dispatched subject to approval of shareholders of the Company within five days from the date of declaration of such dividend in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
