GAIL India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of GAIL India Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended the payment of Final Dividend @ 10% (Rs.1 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
