N G Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of N G Industries Ltd have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (35%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022. The payment of Dividend is subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source.
