The Board of Directors of PSP Projects Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2022, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5.00/- per equity share of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 14th Annual General Meeting of the company.
