BEML Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors had declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share on 22.03.2022 which was paid to the eligible shareholders. Further, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 5.00 per equity share (i.e. 50% of paid-up share capital) for the year ended 31.03.2022 aggregating to Rs. 10.00 per equity share (100% of paid-up share capital).
