Prestige states Projects Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of the Directors of Prestige states Projects Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 have recommended payment of final dividend @ 15% (Rs. 1.5/- per share) on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
