Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 250% ) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders within 30 days of its declaration thereat.
