Oberoi Realty Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of directors of Oberoi Realty Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share i.e. 30% of the face value of equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The said dividend, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, shall be paid starting not later than the fifth day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Oberoi Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 767.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 762.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16017 in over 1433 trades.
