India Glycols Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of directors of India Glycols Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 7.50/- per equity share (@75%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 which, if confirmed/declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM.
