POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust approves distribution of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited - the Investment Manager to POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust ('PGInvIT'), in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, May 26, 2022 has, considered and approved Declaration of distribution of Rs. 3.00 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, comprising Rs. 1.90 per unit as interest, Rs 0.82 per unit as taxable dividend and Rs. 0.28 per unit as exempt dividend. Record date for the distribution to the unitholders will be Wednesday, June 01, 2022 and the payment of distribution will be made on or before Friday, June 10, 2022.

Shares of POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust was last trading in BSE at Rs. 138.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 138.73. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21260 in over 130 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 139.53 and intraday low of 137.52. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2938636.00.
