Premier Explosives Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Premier Explosives Ltd have, at their Meeting held on Thursday, 26th May, 2022, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 /- (i.e., 15 %) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of approval/declaration. The AGM date and book closure / record date for the purpose of payment of dividend will be announced in due course.
