The Board of Directors of Saksoft Ltd at their Meeting held today have approved the subdivision of the Face Value of Equity Shares from Rs. 10/- to Re. 1/- per share, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Shares of Saksoft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 820.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 762.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4854 in over 1190 trades.
