Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 26, 2022, considered and recommended the dividend of Rs. 10 / - (Rupees ten only) (100%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The date of AGM and book closure for the purpose of payment of dividend will be announced in due course.

Shares of Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 673.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 623.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17098 in over 1465 trades.
