Denis Chem Lab Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Denis Chem Lab Ltd, in their meeting held today i.e. on 26th May, 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs. 1.50 (@15%) per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2021-22 ended on 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
