Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.85

The Board of Directors of Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd at its meeting held on May 26, 2022, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.85 per share (Rupee Eighty Five Paise per equity share) (face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 on the Equity Share Capital of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 2nd Annual General Meeting of the company ('AGM').
