Saksoft Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Saksoft Ltd at their Meeting held today have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per equity share (30%) for the Financial Year 2021-22 on equity shares of Rs 10/- each, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 09, 2022.

Shares of Saksoft Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 820.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 762.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4854 in over 1190 trades.
