The Board of Directors of Generic Engineering Construction and Projects Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 have considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Rs. 0.05/- per Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
