Valiant Organics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of Directors of Valiant Organics Ltd have recommended a final Dividend of Rs.3.5/- (Three Rupees and Fifty paisa Only) per equity share i.e., 35% for the Financial Year ended March 31,2022, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the Annual General Meeting.
